All our engineers have been trained in the correct way to wear PPE and to follow the steps outlined below to minimize contact, keep your property clean and stay safe.

When the engineer arrives at your property they will knock on your door and retreat to a safe distance in line with
government guidelines. They will present you with
their ID so that you know who they are and why they are attending.
03.
Please direct the engineer to the relevant room. Where ever possible, please leave the engineer to work alone and can communicate via telephone if required. Where this is not possible, everyone must maintain social distancing at all times.
04.
On completion of the work, the engineer will not ayou to sign using the PDA device, instead you will be provided with a paper document which you can sign with
your own pen
05.
When the engineer leaves the property, they will take care to remove all of their equipment and PPE ensuring that the area is left free from material, disinfected and ready for the client to use
06.
Rest assured that our engineers will continue to dress professionally, be on time, polite, tidy and park considerately.

Had boiler failure on Sat pm, engineer arrived within hr and got it working but advised needed new boiler as heat exchanger was broken. The new boiler survey was done on Tues am and new boiler was fitted and working same day.
